Welcome to Kinz Perfumes. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.kinzperfumes.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Us

Kinz Perfumes is a fragrance brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering our own original perfume formulations inspired by the scent profiles of popular, well-known fragrances. All products sold under the Kinz Perfumes name are our own branded goods — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to the original fragrance houses or brands referenced on our Site or packaging. Any brand names mentioned in our product descriptions are used solely as a scent reference to help customers understand the fragrance profile, and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or claim of being identical to or a replica of those products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly due to updates in design or manufacturing.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our Site by adding products to cart and completing checkout.
  • We currently accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment made directly to our delivery/courier partner upon receipt of your order.
    • Bank Transfer — payment made in advance, with proof of payment shared via WhatsApp or email for order confirmation.
  • Orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed and dispatched after payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was already made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural events, etc.).
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

  • Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases of damage or defect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
